Ensures compliance with company policies and legal regulations. Collaborates with various departments to improve HR processes and services.Key Areas of Responsibility
  • Oversees the daily operations of the HR services team, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Develops and implements strategies to improve HR services and processes.
  • Monitors team performance and provides guidance and support for professional development.
  • Ensures compliance with all relevant labor laws and internal company policies.
  • Collaborates with other HR departments and/or enabling functions to align services with overall HR goals.
  • Resolves complex issues and inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Responsible for managing performance and responsible for the team delivery in the given domain
  • Responsible for workforce planning, ensuring required skills, competencies and capacity of the team
  • Service as an escalation point for client
  • Manage overall domain, including the design, deployment of roles, responsibilities and processes including the staffing and training of required position
  • Initiates and implements continuous improvement.
  • Ensure performance of 3rd party provider is monitored and managed, and that process issues and other business requirements are effectively handled
Critical Experiences
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in HR services and managing HR processes.
