- 1. Develop and execute the overall sales & marketing strategy aligned with company business goals, covering brand positioning, product marketing, channel development, and revenue growth.
- 2. Lead, manage and develop the sales and marketing team, set clear KPIs, coach team members, and build a high-performance organization.
- 3. Oversee full-channel sales management: offline retail, distributors, e-commerce, B2B corporate clients, cross-border and overseas markets as applicable.
- 4. Drive brand building, marketing campaigns, digital marketing, social media, PR, content & influencer cooperation to enhance brand awareness and market share in the audio industry.
- 5. Conduct market, competitor and consumer insight analysis, identify industry trends, and adjust product and go-to-market strategies accordingly.
- 6. Work closely with R&D, product, supply chain and operations teams to define product roadmap, pricing strategy, launch plans and promotion calendar.
- 7. Manage key accounts, strategic partners and distributors; maintain strong business relationships and resolve critical commercial issues.
- 8. Monitor budget, P&L, sales performance, marketing ROI and market share; provide regular business reviews and forecasts to senior management.
- 9. Explore new business opportunities, emerging channels and potential markets to support long-term business expansion.
- 1. Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, Marketing, International Trade, or related fields; MBA is a plus.
- 2. 5+ years of senior sales & marketing management experience in the audio industry is a must.
- 3. Proven track record of managing a team to achieve substantial revenue and profit growth at a director/head level.
- 4. Deep understanding of the audio industry ecosystem, product features, consumer behavior, retail and online channel dynamics.
- 5. Strong strategic thinking, business acumen, decision-making ability and cross-functional leadership.
- 6. Excellent experience in brand building, integrated marketing, digital marketing and project execution.
- 7. Outstanding negotiation, communication, presentation and leadership skills.
- 8. Fluent in written and spoken English; capable of working in an international or cross-border environment.
- 9. Strong data-driven mindset, result-oriented and able to work under pressure.
