  • Act as the trusted people partner to shape end to end People Excellence framework in driving organizational agility and people excellence.
  • Own end-to-end delivery of Greater China people excellence priorities aligned with country and region HR strategy by translating relevant priorities into actionable, business/site-adapted plans via close collaboration with HRBPs and site People Excellence Focal.
  • Continuous optimize, standardize, and scale people excellence infrastructure, such as targeted competency mapping, leadership/management effectiveness assessment, etc.
  • Proactively collaborate with TA and HRBPs in strategic pipeline building initiatives.
  • Proactively collaborate with HRBPs in the business/function people capability upgrading journey.
  • Lead the team to coach and build internal people excellence capabilities and mindset within HR.
2. Targeted Learning & Development Partnering
  • Own end-to-end people development cycle process, and work on structurization of and continuous optimization of the process to increase effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Act as a senior and trusted business partner for China Industry team regarding talent development and succession management agenda from country level perspective in close liaison with Site PE focal and stakeholders and seek for synergizing and optimization opportunities.
  • Partner with HRBPs and functional leads to strengthen targeted and structured leadership and management development offerings, career pathing, and foster talent mobility aligned with Lesaffre global standards.
  • Build and deploy tailored talent assessment and development solutions for key functions and business esp. those under transformation/transition.
  • Lead the team to consolidate and build wholistic and targeted learning offerings cross China and promote a continuous learning culture to fuel employee growth and performance excellence.
3. Employee Engagement & Experience
  • Lead the annual employee engagement surveys project in close partnership with HRBPs to drive insightful analysis, candid sharing/discussion, and concrete landing of the follow up actions in order to create positive business impact and drive sustainable employee engagement.
  • Collaborate closely with TR to design and drive recognition frameworks based on excellence and value creation, as well as Lesaffre value.
  • Drive continuous improvement in support of employee listening, career/team coaching, and support in building and fostering a feedback culture in the organization.
4. Regional HR projects support
  • Actively contribute to both China and APAC level HR projects per alignment with G.China HR Director.
  • Other tasks assigned by line manager.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields
  • More than 10 years of progressive HR experience in multinational companies with excellent proven track record in performance management, talent development or organizational development, combined with good business acumen and site operation HR experience
  • Strategic people excellence thinking and skillful in resource management
  • Hands-on experience in building people development infrastructure and driving engagement
  • Strong data analytics, problem-solving, and project management skills
  • Excellent cross-team/sites collaboration and willingness to support and go extra miles
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to influence mid-to-senior leaders
  • Excellent presentation skills both in Chinese and English
  • Strong in design thinking and structurization, and well versed in development assessment tools
  • High integrity, empathy, resilience and agility to manage ambiguity
  • Proactive, strive for excellence and continuous improvement, and ambition to excel
