1. Liaises closely with Sales Team in proposing the best deal when handling leads/inquiries (pricing strategy, special requirements) passed over, in order to convert the leads / inquiries to confirmed event.当会务销售团队在接到生意案例/ 需求(价格策略、特殊需求)时应给予建议和支持,使生意由问询转变为确认。2. Prepares BEO, Trace deposit, name list, meeting details for contracted group/MICE received from MICE Sales Managers.当从团队销售经理处拿到团队签定的团队合同时,及时与客户落实押金、团队名单,会议细节需求等。3. Follows through from negotiation until departure for events assigned.对于分派的会议事件从开始要坚持谈判。4. Liaises with clients on finalizing details and gives professional advice on set-ups and planning of events.和客户一起商谈最终细节并在活动计划和布置上给予专业的忠告和建议。5. Practices up-selling at all opportunities to maximize revenue.尽最大可能去运用各种机会提升销售额。6. Ensures effective communication with clients and internal departments.保证与客户和酒店各部门有效的沟通。7. Maintains close co-ordination with respective departments on organizers' requirements and last minute event requirements.在会议组织者有需求或有紧急需求时及时与各部门进行沟通协调。8. Be visible to organizers and clients during their event/group dates and monitors guest satisfaction.让活动组织者和客户在活动/团队停留期间让其客人满意。9. Oversees the operation of banquet functions and works closely with various departments to ensure quality service is delivered to our clients at all times.检查宴会运行和与其一起工作的各部门工作,在所有的时间内确保提供高质量的服务给客人。10. Regularly reviews Master A/C postings to ensure postings are correctly done. Revie bills with organizers regularly so as to eliminate adjustments needed on final invoice.有规律的回顾主要帐户抛入并确保其准确性,需要和客户一起检查帐单以调整最终发票金额。11. Maintains close communication with concerned Sales Manager during the process.在工作进行中与相关销售经理维持持续沟通。12. Verifies total charges and layout of invoices prepared by Accounts Receivable and ensure organizers to receive the invoices.和应收部门校正总帐单和发票金额并确认会议组织者收到相应的发票。13. Obtains feedback from clients and follows through with the necessary actions.从客户处获得意见反馈并通过必要行动来跟进。14. Maintains the active Event Profile Database &Group Chart.保持制定有效的会议活动数据档案及团队结构图。15. Establishes and maintains files of major accounts and assists the Director of Catering Sales & Event Management in maintaining the Accounts Management System.建立和维持主要的客户档案并协助宴会销售总监维护管理客户档案管理体系。16. Establishes good working relationship with internal customers (other departments of the hotel) and external customers (clients, event contractors, suppliers).与内部客户(酒店其它部门)和外部客人(客户,会议承办人,供应商)等建立良好的工作关系。17. Actively participates in achieving the departmental goals which contribute to Marketing budget.积极参与完成部门目标和达到市场预算。18. Closely monitors accounts revenue and business production.紧密关注客户的收入和生意产量。19. Maximizes up-selling opportunities whenever possible.抓住任何有可能的销售机会。20. Handles inquiries for re-booking of business and new leads when Event Sales Coordinator are not available.当宴会销售协调员在没有时间回复问询时,宴会销售经理应当及时处理生意预定需求的问询。21. Closely communicates with concerned Sales Managers regarding the progress of the negotiation process.就有关谈判进程的进展状况与销售经理紧密联系。22. Attends regular communication meetings with operations staff to update on event details.参加日常的宴会沟通会并与运作部门沟通宴会细节。Knowledge and Experience 知识与经验1. University graduate, excellent command of written and spoken in English and Chinese language.大学专科,良好的中英文读写能力。2. Minimum 5 years' experience in similar capacity with international chain hotels.具有至少三年在国际连锁酒店的相关经验。3. Sound communication skills.具有良好的沟通技巧。4. Good interpersonal skills较强的人际交往能力5. Have hotel database.有客户资源6. Ability to work under pressure and deal with stressful situations during busy periods.
