- Conduct regular SAP training sessions to enable system proficiency among teams.
- Provide daily operational support for SAP B1, focusing on troubleshooting, system integrity, and issue resolution.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency in SAP processes and system settings.
- Manage and monitor data flow and process exchanges between databases, ensuring smooth integrations.
- Administer user permissions within SAP B1, maintaining access controls and security compliance.
- Design and maintain SAP print templates tailored for operational processes.
- Design, develop, and implement integration solutions between SAP B1 and SAP S/4HANA with a focus on manufacturing, procurement, inventory, and related modules.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and develop effective integration strategies.
- Configure and customize SAP B1 to meet business needs, optimizing system performance.
- Work with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth data flow, process automation, and seamless integration execution.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system integration issues promptly.
- Provide training and support to enhance end-user understanding and utilization of SAP systems.
- Ensure compliance with SAP best practices, security standards, and corporate policies.
- Write and optimize SAP queries/reports to support business decision-making.
- Standardize SAP analytics across global teams, ensuring consistency in reporting.
- Build and manage queries for the data warehouse to meet analytics and reporting needs.
- Support data warehouse processes to ensure efficient data handling.
- Undertake coding, add-on creation, and custom development tasks when required.
- Lead integration projects, managing resources, timelines, and deliverables effectively.
- Manage and participate in SAP-related projects and handle change requests to improve workflows.
- Support global standardization initiatives for SAP settings and process flows.
- Collaborate with other Corporate Transformation Team members to create dynamic, real-life reporting solutions.
- Work with external SAP consultants to ensure project success as needed.
- Share knowledge and expertise with team members to encourage skill development.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in IT, finance, marketing, mathematics/statistics, or related fields.
- Strong proficiency in SAP Business One 10.0 and system integration capabilities.
- Proficient in SQL and SAP B1 integrations; experience with intercompany integration modules and Integration Hub.
- Knowledge of CRM and Business Intelligence solutions.
- Programming skills in C# and VBA.
- Practical application of advanced MS Excel functionalities.
