AR reconciliation with customers, provide related information to customers and keep good communication with them.
Do cash application timely.
Review Credit Note and Special Release applications.
Order release in ERP (JDE / SAP)
Collaborate with internal team on checking RPA closing reports, such as AR Aging, BDR, GL adjustment entry.
Cash inflow forecast.
Credit term and limit maintenance.
Customer master review
Handle FSS service now ticket related AR
BS recon supporting document preparation.
Support audit work timely.
Support improvement project.
Maintain SOP document.
Ad hoc tasks assigned by manager.

Who are You?

Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university.
Six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Good command of English and Chinese.
