Missions :1/ Design; implement & qualify End to End Supply Chain for New Product and Local adaptation center in link with Customers expectations3/ Lead on-the whole life cycle Supply Chain management and End to End Supply chain improvement projects (Flow simplification, Leadtime reduction, order deployment….)Responsabilities :
  • Customer Logistics Offer definition
Build and challenge Customer Logistic Offer with Marketing to find the right balance between customer requirements ; SC capabilities , cost & CO2 reduction
  • SC Architecture Design & implementation for PMP/PEP/PWP
- Select or adapt, implement & qualify End to End (upstream & downstream) SC Architecture consistent with Logistic Offer & Schneider Supply Chain principles and rules.
- Contribute to the Suppliers selection (including Tier 2) & Make or Buy decision with SC cost & service evaluation- Propose, get formalized & validated Logistic Terms & Conditions thanks to OneFilog tool- Coordinate Master Data creation/updates between all SC entities concerned E2E SChain Planning Tools & ERPs
  • Ramp-Up & Ramp down management
- Build and drive the launch both for FG & components in order to secure the availability of components & FG for Sell date and support the sales.- Build and drive the ramp down of old range & PWP if it is the case to minimize scrap risk- SC Readiness: Ensure E2E SC Planning readiness according to each project stage gate. Give Stage Gate Go/NoGO on SC design & planning domain.
  • Coordination Multi regions/multi functions
- Coordinate all GSC Region Logistics & Planning functions involved in the OCP projects- Give visibility, report, alert on OCP progress on SC planning tasks & KPIs- Transfer responsibility from project mode to GSC operations: Planning, ordering, logistic processes.
  • SC Transformation
- Lead, on-demand, transformation project to improve existing offer supply chain performance, to optimize E2E SC flows or to improve customer delivery experience- Support rebalancing supply chain studies in link with industrial strategy requests.
  • Being accountable of E2E supply chain flow readiness of OLM project such as master data setting up, EDI setting up, stock readiness, E2E order flow validation to ensure TTM and CLO. The flow strategy to be defined together with Indus Strategy Directors.
  • Supporting upstream flow readiness for the product line outside China including new offer and duplication project, mainly working together with core plants in China and SSVF.
  • Driving the WF efficiency together with GSC mainly for APAC perimeter.
  • Working together with GSC NMD team to ensure the flow compliance and drive for the flow efficiency;
  • Team management including resource allocation, talent retain and competency setting up.
  • Other transversal jobs if any.
Missions Perimeter :- Power Systems BU Offers & Product lines – multi-geographies- Strong interaction with GSC (SC planning, Plants, DCs) ; LoB functions (industrialization, purchasing, Marketing, project leader,…) and Commercial teamsQualifications- Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering / Supply Chain / International BusinessExperience :- 8 years of Project management experience in industrial environment, or operations manager in supply chain & manufacturing domain. At least 3 years in people leader role;- Experience in Supply Chain Planning.- Experience in medium voltage environment, in procurement or with Customers and front office will be a plus.- OCP Processes (PMP/PEP/PWP/O²)Knowledge & Skills :- Strong leadership to engage the team and stakeholders;- Spoken and written fluent communication in English; French is a plus.- Customer FOCUS- Influence & convince- Results oriented- Adaptability and agility;- effective oral & written communication- SC planning knowledge & tools : (OneMM, OneFilog ; Kinaxis, SSP)Job Location :- Shanghai or Xiamen
