- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the sport marketing strategy aligned with global brand positioning and local market dynamics.
- Athlete & Ambassador Programs: Lead recruitment, management, and activation of athletes, ambassadors, and influencers to build brand credibility and reach.
- Event & Sponsorship Management: Oversee planning and execution of key sports events, sponsorships, and experiential activations to drive brand awareness and consumer engagement.
- Community Building: Foster strong relationships with outdoor sports communities, clubs, and organizations to grow brand advocacy.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, digital, retail, and PR teams to ensure integrated marketing campaigns and consistent brand messaging.
- Performance Tracking: Define KPIs and measure ROI of sport marketing initiatives, using insights to optimize future strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sports Management, or related field; Master's preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in sport marketing, preferably in outdoor, lifestyle, or performance brands.
- Proven track record in managing athlete programs, sponsorships, and large-scale events.
- Strong network within the sports and outdoor industry in China.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
