As we expand our footprint in China, we are looking for a visionary Head of Sport Marketing to lead our brand's engagement with the sports community, drive strategic partnerships, and elevate our presence in the outdoor and active lifestyle space.
  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the sport marketing strategy aligned with global brand positioning and local market dynamics.
  • Athlete & Ambassador Programs: Lead recruitment, management, and activation of athletes, ambassadors, and influencers to build brand credibility and reach.
  • Event & Sponsorship Management: Oversee planning and execution of key sports events, sponsorships, and experiential activations to drive brand awareness and consumer engagement.
  • Community Building: Foster strong relationships with outdoor sports communities, clubs, and organizations to grow brand advocacy.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, digital, retail, and PR teams to ensure integrated marketing campaigns and consistent brand messaging.
  • Performance Tracking: Define KPIs and measure ROI of sport marketing initiatives, using insights to optimize future strategies.
On-trend Lifestyle BrandOutdoor Brand
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sports Management, or related field; Master's preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in sport marketing, preferably in outdoor, lifestyle, or performance brands.
  • Proven track record in managing athlete programs, sponsorships, and large-scale events.
  • Strong network within the sports and outdoor industry in China.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  • Passion for outdoor sports and active lifestyle.
