Degree or above in Quantity Surveying or construction related disciplines
Holder of MRICS or MHKIS accreditation (or equivalent)
Minimum 5 years' experience in quantity surveying field
Experience in high end corporate fit out
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Good class client interfacing skills and experience working with international clients with the capacity to adapt to new environments and cultural experiences quickly
Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English
Proactive, well-organized, attentive to detail and able to work under pressure
Job DescriptionThe successful candidates will support team in the provision of pre and post contract quantity surveying services to the clients, and provide general cost administration, capital planning and project delivery cost management support.
Ability to manage pre and post contract management.
Project estimating & measuring / capital planning / value engineering / benchmarking analysis for a portfolio of regional projects
Manager cost management process including change management and ensure implementation
Liaise with client stakeholders and provide strategic guidance on commercial matters and procurement
Provide commercial cost reports to projects
Support cost management business development
