R&D Engineer (Application-HP)

• Development of sensors and actuators and their functions according to development process including achievement of time, quality and cost targets.
• Defining and testing of the fault codes. Definition, integration, validation and test of the developed control algorithms and components.
• Development of the required test environment for that. Documentation of the developed control algorithms.
• Development analysis and systematically evaluation and choice of the develop alternatives.
• The development of the product functionality and control algorithms have to follow the V-Model. The application engineer is the owner to guide the development with V-Model and functional description (flow charts).
• Information exchange with adjacent areas and cooperation with suppliers. Especially he is responsible to get all required information from thermal, hydraulic, electronic and design engineer to fill the V-Model.

• Electronic engineering or automation (Bachelor, Master), at least 7 years work experience with AWHP products.
• Experience and Know-how of AWHP development or similar application highly preferred, good knowledge in development methods;
• Good English language competence. air-conditioner/heat pump background needed.
