- Networking Expertise: Design, deploy, and manage IT networking infrastructure, including Huawei and Cisco technologies, Switches, Routers, Firewalls, Wireless LAN Controllers (WLC), with proficiency in CCNP or HCIP certifications (Source: RH Tech Report 2025).

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure design, implementation, and maintenance.
- Solid expertise with Office 365 ecosystem (Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive) and Huawei or Cisco networking technologies.
- Certifications such as Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) or Huawei Certified ICT Professional (HCIP) required.
- Proven experience in security framework implementation and compliance with industry standards.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering excellent customer support.
- Familiarity with system auditing processes and capacity planning methodologies.
- Ability to develop high-quality user documentation and technical manuals.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams and vendors.
