  • Rotate through a structured 18–21month program, including integration, field engineering, and regional project assignments
  • Build strong technical and commercial skills by working directly with customers to provide innovative, cost-effective solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and gain exposure to senior management across North Asia
  • Learn the business from the ground up through hands-on field engineering or direct sales experience
  • Receive ongoing mentoring and leadership development to prepare for future roles in engineering, product development, technical marketing, or sales
What You’ll Bring
  • Master’s degree in engineering or a related discipline
  • 3-5 years’ experience in engineering consulting, management consulting, or product marketing, with strong business acumen and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Aspiration to become a future leader, leveraging technical expertise with a global mindset – ideally supported by overseas study or work experience
  • Passion for driving business results and supporting customers with solutions focused on productivity, safety, and sustainability
  • Strong influencing and stakeholder management skills across global, regional, and local levels
  • Ability to execute initiatives with a continuous improvement mindset
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and one North Asian language
  • Desire to build a long-term career with flexibility to work in different locations and develop into a global leader
