- Define and manage product roadmaps aligned with market needs and company strategy.
- Develop a differentiated product line targeting key applications with engineering, based on market pain points.
- Lead cross-functional teams through product development, launch, and lifecycle management.
- Conduct market research and analyze competitor activities to identify trends and opportunities.
- Monitor product performance and profitability, adjusting strategies as needed.
- Understand market trends and propose new business ideas with long-term plans, competitive analysis, and growth expectations.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in existing and emerging markets.
- Develop and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new products and services.
- Execute growth plans by prioritizing engineering and project management needs, ensuring ROI and GP targets.
- Own pricing, commercial terms, and profitability for responsible products.
- Develop customer-specific pricing strategies and business cases to meet financial targets.
- Lead contract negotiations and support sales with proposals and presentations.
- Work closely with sales teams to develop customer relationships at all levels and hold regular business reviews.
- Drive sales activities to meet/exceed annual budgets, ensuring alignment between regional teams.
- Gather customer feedback to refine product features and performance.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with key clients and partners.
- Act as a bridge between strategy and execution, ensuring tactical alignment within account management.
- Work closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and manufacturing to deliver tailored solutions.
- Ensure project execution and deliverables, including escalation management when needed.
- Fine-tune business development solutions through value propositions and compelling sell stories.
- 10+ years of experience in product management and/or business development, ideally in industrial sectors, with a strong technical and commercial background.
- Proven expertise in strategic business development for global markets, with the ability to navigate cross-cultural dynamics.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with fluency in English and proficiency in Chinese (preferred).
- A results-driven leadership style, combining analytical thinking, project management, and problem-solving to drive growth in global, cross-functional settings.
- Experience in product lifecycle management, pricing strategy, and go-to-market execution within industrial sectors.
- Willingness to travel internationally and engage with customers and stakeholders at all levels.
