- Work with functional leaders to review organization, people planning and deployment to ensure business strategy.
- Drive employees’ life cycle from onboarding, transfer, promotion and exit.
- Initiate annual goal setting, performance review, career development and merit increase to ensure the operational excellence for company procedure, tools and skills landed in functions.
- Support functional leaders to handle employees’ performance/ compliance issues, ensuring the cases to be solved legally and efficiently and foresee the possible crisis and provide daily coaching for managers/ leaders.
- Support functional leaders to build up succession plan and leadership pipeline, and drive the talent discussion/ review agenda, provide appropriate development solutions to retain critical talents.
- Partners with TA team for headcount control and recruitment.
- Partners with SSC team for daily operational process.
- Work with Retail Workforce Planning team on topics like HC budget & management, PT deployment, and rostering.
- Involved in Retail HR KPI setting and responsible for related data tracking and analysis, e.g. HC fulfillment rate, labor productivity, attrition rate etc. on a monthly basis.
- Partners with SU team for retail development programs, e.g. OMT, leadership training programs, etc.
- Lead or participate in other HR projects, e.g. Super 7, procedure/tools optimization, etc.
- At least 5 years above HR work experience in MNCs with at least 3-year overall HR expertise, consumer or retail industry is a plus.
- Familiar with major HR functions: recruiting, C&B, staffing, talent management etc.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills in Chinese and English.
- Able to work under pressure and into details.
