You will play a key role in strengthening our student and alumni community in China by delivering high‑quality programs, events, partnerships, and communications. The position is responsible for fostering meaningful engagement, building long‑term relationships, and enhancing our presence in the region. Depending on experience, this role may be appointed at Executive or Manager level.For Both Levels (Core Responsibilities):
  • Plan and execute student and alumni engagement activities, events, and communications.
  • Support the growth of local community and positive brand presence.
  • Manage accurate data capture, reporting, and engagement tracking.
  • Coordinate logistics, marketing materials, and on‑the‑ground event delivery.
Manager-Level (Additional Responsibilities):
  • Develop and lead the China alumni engagement strategy.
  • Manage key stakeholder relationships and nurture partnerships with external organizations.
  • Oversee the execution of signature events and strategic initiatives.
  • Supervise and mentor the team member.
  • Monitor performance metrics and drive continuous improvement.
A collaborative , international working environmentProfessional growth and development within a mission-driven organization.Executive Level:
  • 3+ years of experience in events, communications, community engagement, or related fields, from education or services industry.
  • Strong execution, organization, and coordination skills.
  • A proactive team player with strong communication abilities.
Manager Level:
  • 5+ years of relevant experience, including event or relationship management experience, in education or services industry.
  • Proven ability to design and deliver engagement strategies.
  • Confident communicator with stakeholder management and partnership-building skills.
  • Experience supervising staff is preferred.
