- Supervise the service and delivery of menu items in assigned restaurant ensuring a high level of quality and consistency.
- Manage all aspects the hotel's room service function. Ensure compliance with standards of service and operating procedures.

- In the absence of a Manager, conducts shift briefings to ensure hotel activities and operational requirements are known, special occasions, daily specials ,on up-selling certain products,emphasis ensuring all staff are aware of VIPs.
- Conduct monthly staff meeting to ensure all management projects, policies, new product, staff movement, notified and documented. During this time, encourage comments and ideas from staff for the interest of room service department.
- Actively participate in departmental training and give support and feedback
- Maintain good relations with other members of Food and Beverage including Kitchen, Stewarding and Service Operations
- Encourage and motivate staff to provide optimum service during all shifts.
- Mix your own shift hours to ensure you know what is happening in your department at all times (ie nights, days, week-ends and during the week, break, lunch and evening shifts)
- Ensure sufficient operational equipment and linen
- Endeavour professionally to resolve all complaints during shift and logs all complaints in log book for further follow up
- Effectively manage the room service operation by implementing.
- Enforce cleanliness of Room Service area and kitchen equipment and maintenance
- Make conversation to guests during their order and find out their likes and dislikes as well as building rapport
- Share recommendations and guest comments to Chef and Manager,to reflect current customer profile.
- Report and document every single glitch in food and beverage immediately, to superiors, Executive Chef and other related Managers
- Manage customer database and utilize effectively
- Analyze statistics and change your operations to reflect customer preferences
- Conduct competitor analysis
- Anticipate market changes and review operations when necessary
- Works with Superior on manpower planning and management needs
- Works with Superior in the preparation and management of the Department's budget
- Assist with menu and wine list creation
- Up-sell property facilities
- Actively pursue cost saving measures
- Recycle wherever possible
- Manage control stock food and beverage cost
- Oversee the Implementation of standards as detailed in the departmental standards and procedures manual
- Supervise functions and outlet service.
- Enforce correct bill paying procedures
- Supervise cash handling and banking procedures
- Prepare daily banking and cash flow reports
- Establish and instruct staff in cash security procedures
- Deal with irregular payments
- Supervise the maintenance of service equipment
- Monitor standards of guest facilities and services
- Control stock and monitor security procedures
- Manage special amenities and special events
- Complete other tasks assigned by Superior.

- Demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.
- Alcohol awareness certification and/or food service permit or valid health/food handler card as required by local government agency.
- Problem solving and training abilities.
学历
- Diploma in Hotel Management, Food & Beverage, or related field.
经历
- 2 years related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Supervisory experience preferred.
