C.H. Robinson is seeking a Senior Implementation Project Consultant to join our implementation project team. In this key position, you will be responsible for managing the technical integration and system setup for Implementation projects from conception to Go Live & support (sales to operations). You will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering system solutions for internal and external audiences at all levels, while also serving as the internal SME for system knowledge.At C.H. Experience the full benefits of teamwork and immediate collaboration in a vibrant and engaging workplace.Responsibilities:The duties and responsibilities of this position consists of, but are not limited to, the following:Act as the technical liaison between the customer project team (including customer’s Technology function) and the Development Team resourcesDocument customer requirements and translate to internal systems and operationsIdentify system gaps and enhancements needed to meet customer expectationsConvey technical requirements for B2B communicationAct as a resource for colleagues with less experience; may lead small projects with manageable risks and resource requirementsSolve complex problems; takes a new perspective on existing solutions; exercises judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of informationImpact a range of customer, operational, project or service activities within own team and other related teamsFacilitate project meetings with internal and external project teamsSuccessfully execute the Process Transformation Methodology, including:Support documentation of customer expectations based on the signed contractual agreementCapture the current processes of the customerDocument the results of the Implementation SurveyLead Future State solution design based on customer requirementsCreate process maps outlining integrationDocument changes in roles and responsibilitiesIdentify opportunities for process improvement to increase productivity for all constituents (customer, carrier, supplier, customer’s clients, and C.H.Robinson)Develop a testing plan with the customer and execute to the planDevelop SOP’s and training materials, as well as conduct training on internal websites, vendor, and carrier portalsCollaborate with the project teamCoordinate with the Project Manager to push meeting notes conducted as part of project executionExecute the project plan including all deliverable dates and resource requirementsOversee progress of project team resources, including functional support groupsContribute toward development of tools, methodologies, and presentations for ImplementationAssist with managing queue of helpdesk (myQ) tickets for Customer Integration Specialist and Implementation groupsSuccessfully transfer knowledge to customer account team as documented throughout project lifecycleProvide support to customer account team during Go-liveProvide support as necessary to Business Development TeamEnsure compliance to SOC processOther duties or responsibilities as assigned according to the team and/or country specific requirementsRequired Qualifications:Required:Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college/universityA minimum of 4 years of technical project management experiencePrior experience working with customers, vendors, or carriersPrevious experience with TMS softwareAbility to work flexible hours (some weekend/late hours may be required)Ability to travel up to 20% (domestically and/or internationally)Preferred Qualifications:Preferred:Basic facilitation skills including but not limited to relationship management, presentation, discussion, documentation, and accountabilityProficient in Microsoft Office Suite of programsExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsDemonstrated ability to design, develop and deliver presentations for internal and external audiences at all levelsHas knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with othersCan explain difficult or sensitive information & work to build consensusAbility to collaborate effectively with subject matter experts internally and externally at all levelsValues a diverse and inclusive work environmentEqual OpportunityC.H.
