• Seeking for a strong manamgent to hold P&L close to 800m with strong commercial sense & operation experiences

• Strategy Development and Execution:

• Develop and implement the company's strategic plan, aligned with the automotive industry trends and market demands.
• Oversee the execution of strategic initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and measurable results.
• Monitor and evaluate the company's performance against strategic targets and make necessary adjustments.
• Financial Management:

• Manage the company's financial health, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
• Ensure profitability and financial stability through effective resource allocation and risk management.
• Work closely with the finance team to prepare financial reports and presentations for board meetings and investors.
• Operational Excellence:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company, including production, procurement, quality control, and logistics.
• Drive operational efficiency and cost reduction through process improvements and technology innovations.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
• Business Development and Relationships:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding the company's customer base and market share.
• Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with key suppliers, customers, and industry stakeholders.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings.
• Team Leadership and Development:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Chemical Engineering, or a related field, with advanced degrees preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in the automotive or chemical industries, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven track record of success in growing organizations towards achieving strategic objectives and financial targets.
• Strong leadership skills, including the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve excellence.
• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on results and outcomes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Deep understanding of the automotive industry, including trends, technologies, and market dynamics.
• Familiarity with chemical manufacturing processes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed to support business development and operational activities.
