- Strategy Development and Execution:
- Develop and implement the company's strategic plan, aligned with the automotive industry trends and market demands.
- Oversee the execution of strategic initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and measurable results.
- Monitor and evaluate the company's performance against strategic targets and make necessary adjustments.
- Financial Management:
- Manage the company's financial health, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
- Ensure profitability and financial stability through effective resource allocation and risk management.
- Work closely with the finance team to prepare financial reports and presentations for board meetings and investors.
- Operational Excellence:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company, including production, procurement, quality control, and logistics.
- Drive operational efficiency and cost reduction through process improvements and technology innovations.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
- Business Development and Relationships:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding the company's customer base and market share.
- Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with key suppliers, customers, and industry stakeholders.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings.
- Team Leadership and Development:
- Hire, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
- Set clear goals and expectations for team members, providing regular feedback and performance reviews.

- Risk Management and Compliance:
- Identify and assess potential risks to the company's operations and reputation.
- Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to minimize potential losses.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Chemical Engineering, or a related field, with advanced degrees preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in the automotive or chemical industries, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven track record of success in growing organizations towards achieving strategic objectives and financial targets.
- Strong leadership skills, including the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve excellence.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on results and outcomes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Deep understanding of the automotive industry, including trends, technologies, and market dynamics.
- Familiarity with chemical manufacturing processes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed to support business development and operational activities.
