- Melting/pouring/molding/break and grinding/Heat treatment process technical document development and training.
- In process monitoring and keep line running in good performance.
- Non conforming process and product root cause analysis and lead problem solving and improving, must well problem solving tools like 8D, A3.
- Support new product casting trail and prepare technical document.
- Coordinate new materials and new technologies test
- Process optimization such as efficiency,quality and cost optimization.
- Associate degree or above, preferably in refiner plate steel casting, materials forming and control, metallic materials, or other related fields
- 5- 10 years of work experience in steel casting engnieer
- Must be proficient in process like resin sand molding ,iron melting /pouring process and quality control ,electrical furnace maintenance, used resin sand recyling and repreparation.
- Proficieny in design software such as CAD and casting simulation.
- Written english is need , able to speak oral english is prefered.
- Skillful in software of Office.
- Good at process anomaly analysis and improvement.
