- Work with customers to solve technical issues related to filtration products, collaborate with customers on filtration products evaluation. Provide training to customers on filtration topics. Collaborate with marketing and Sales to promote new products introductions to customers.
- Perform testing for customer’s issues, and write technical report.
- Interact with other functions, such as sales and externally, customers. Balancing technical vs commercial needs. Rapid turnaround time for customer enquiries. Effectively leveraging internal experts to help in meeting customer needs. Recommend Filtration solution and technical discussion for sales/customers.
