Strong relationships with business stakeholders, technology teams and senior manager, Including strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Co-Ordination and delivery for the EQD business with demand coming from multiple location and product owners while working with Falcon Dev teams globally.
Role requires an experienced leader who can drive a culture of continuous improvement, and encourage a culture of domain understanding within the team.
Ability to Mentors other, grow careers and deliver success, Develop talent within both regional and global team.
Work with stake holders and product owners, driving ownership, defining the acceptance criteria or on the benefits to customers.
Take Functional ownership - Lead in requirements and drive the delivery future state architecture
Influencing Senior stakeholders including Business, ensure focus on functional and Non Functional deliveries.
Building & leading a high performing team who is self-sufficient and take responsibility for end-to-end delivery.

Responsible for production support, stability & improvements - removing long-term support issues, driving improvements and focus long-term stability of the platform.Requirements

Strong technical background, with a deep understanding of Java micro service and database / cloud technologies.
Knowledge of designing and developing responsive UI components is definitely a plus.
Prior experience of working in Investment Banking Equities and Fixed Income products would be a plus.
Strong problem solver with a desire to work with business and product teams to continually improve and innovate.
Appreciation of agile software delivery practices and knowledge of DevOps."
