- Analyze performance through A/B tests, CTRs, and conversion rates to optimize content effectiveness.
- Oversee copy across all channels to ensure a consistent and on-brand tone of voice.
- Bachelor's degree in Chinese, Journalism, Marketing, Advertising, or related fields.
- 3–5 years of experience in content creation, ideally with successful brand campaigns or viral projects.
- Strong strategic thinking and a user-first mindset — you're skilled at turning insights into powerful messaging.
- Versatile writing style, solid copywriting skills, and an eye for storytelling and emotional connection.
- Familiarity with SEO/SEM principles and online marketing trends.
