Who we are looking forThis is the SME role responsible for monitoring the daily delivery service of their client(s), managing and resolving operational inquiries, performing service governance, and client escalation1.Monitors and drive accountability for both Back Office and Middle Office services delivery to critical client.2.Partner with Process and Product teams to resolve issues and ensure ownership of timely and accurate service delivery.3.Taking client inquiries timely and respond timely within agreed service level.4.Be responsible for critical client claims processing and reporting in timely manner and driving for quick closure.5.Be responsible for critical client custody facilitation on cash, FX, security, and market settlement6.Be familiar of internal escalation protocol for critical client’s escalated resolutions7.Be responsible for broker onboarding for critical client8.Capable of client communications and internal interaction.What we valueThese skills will help you succeed in this roleCritical thinking, problem solving, and decision-making skillsCommunication and presentation skills to audiences of different sizes and levels of seniorityMust be self-motivated, adaptable and show initiative in different circumstances and under pressurePreferred experience in asset management, including investment operations, fund accounting and portfolio valuation.Excellent analytical skills and ability to analyze on the spot.Preferred experiences in Derivatives operationsEducation & Preferred QualificationsDegree in finance, business, technology or equivalent or relevant industry experienceStrong MS Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint skills necessaryStrong English written and spoken abilityAbout State StreetAcross the globe, institutional investors rely on us to help them manage risk, respond to challenges, and drive performance and profitability.
