Delivering on brand strategy and prioritiesSetting StrategyDirector-level thought leadership and strategic support of the Brand Management APAC and of our key strategic priorities, projects, and initiatives.Ability to think strategically at the enterprise level, with the know-how to deliver at the category, brand, regional, and property level.Take an entrepreneurial and creative approach to developing new, innovative ideas that will stretch the organization and push the boundaries within the industry and region to drive brand awareness, preference, and brand love.Executing for ResultsDeliver competitive, locally relevant products and services aligned with the brand as demanded by owners and guests alike. Conduct or collaborate on all activities needed to grow the brand, including research, prototype and design development or optimization, F&B programming and brand personality localization.Lead, manage, and assist with enterprise and brand initiatives designed to enhance the on-property customer experience and drive programs and products that foster a commercial culture across all aspects of the business while adhering to owner friendly economics.Work with various enterprise stakeholders to drive innovation, improve integration, increase automation, and develop, create, and implement successful and measurable programs to assist in growing revenue, driving loyalty, improving service culture, delivering on our Customer Promise, increasing profitability, and executing brand and enterprise objectives within all operating models.Develop and maintain guides for brand programs and initiatives for successful implementation by hotel teams.Conduct cost-benefit analysis for brand standards and programs to ensure they drive guest experience and positive owner returns.Work closely with the Development Team to ensure a pragmatic approach to new deals while balancing a growth mindset with long-term brand equity and support with presentations and pitches.Mature Business|MNC
  • 10 years above experience in brand strategy, product GTM in consulting firm or consumer industry
Management Experience (type): Executive Committee experience (General Manager, AGM, Director of Sales, Revenue Management, or similar organizational role).Ability to travel domestically and globally as required, approximately 50%.Global Hospitality BrandIndividual Contributor for Strategy
