Company:Qualcomm China## Job Area:Engineering Group, Engineering Group > Hardware Applications EngineeringGeneral Summary:\- Support customer design with Qualcomm compute chipset from feature design phase to mass production.
\- Work in cross-function and multi-national team to provide consistent support to customer on reference design implementation and troubleshooting.
\- Provide QCT BB/PMIC Chipset training to customers, help to debug BB/PMIC hardware related issues on site.
\- Work with team to review customer's schematic/layout.
\- Domestic travel is required.Skills/Experience Required
\- Familiar with interfaces like memory(LPDDR/eMMC/SDC/UFS...), USB, PCIe, MIPI, I2C/I3C/I2S/SPI/UART/GPIO etc.
\- Solid knowledge on switching mode power supply, LDO, Buck-boost, charge pump, Li-ion battery, charging/Fuel gauge, and related testing.
\- At least be familiar with one PCB/EDA tools, like Cadence/Mentor/PADS etc.
\- Good communication (both written and verbal) skills in English and Chinese is a must.
\- Handset design or other portable device design experience, especially experience of Qualcomm chipset design is preferred.
\- Familiar with one more of C/C++/Python programming will be a plus.Education Requirements:
\- BSEE(Bachelor's, Electrical Engineering), MSEE will be a plus.Key words:
PMIC Hardware, Baseband Hardware, Power, Digital.Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field and 2+ years of Hardware Applications Engineering or Hardware Design experience or related work experience.
Master's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field and 1+ year of Hardware Applications Engineering or Hardware Design experience or related work experience.
OR
