The Digital Hub Nanjing is one of our global key locations to deliver regional and global solutions for BASF.- Support BASF's global Cyber Security Risk Management team
- Represent region APAC with focus on China in all Cyber Security Risk Management topics
- Conduct Cyber Security Risk Assessments
- Develop risk treatment options and consult the Risk OwnerMain Tasks:
- 管理IT和OT安全风险的识别、评估、处理、监控和沟通的过程

- 提高和保持员工的风险意识
- 支持确保符合中国网络安全法的规定- Manage the processes of identifying, evaluating, treating, monitoring and communicating IT & OT Security Risk.
- Help Risk Owners and Business Management understand the risks they are facing, the processes they should follow and the treatment options they have.
- Verify that risk treatment plans are developed and that Risk Owners assume accountability for their implementation and for accepting residual risks in case a risk cannot be fully mitigated (including risk acceptance for deviations, i.e. Exceptions).
- Raise and maintain risk awareness for employees.
- Support to ensure compliance to Chinese Cyber security law- 完成（商业）信息学的专业学习或拥有长期的专业经验和培训措施已获得的技能和能力
- 在信息安全管理方面的实践经验，以及相关规范和标准的知识（特别是风险管理框架）
- 良好的英语语言能力- Completed, specialized university education of (business-) informatics or long-time professional experience and training measures acquired skills and competencies
- Practical experiences in information security management as well knowledge in relevant norms and standards (esp. Risk Management Frameworks)

As part of the Global Digital Hub Verbund, the hub is rapidly growing with a target of a three-digit number of employees in coming years. Focused on digitalization and innovative IT solutions to enhance BASF's IT portfolio and expertise in China, it brings an all-around capable team of digital talents to create solutions in the context of China's unique digital landscape to BASF. It also contributes to the smart manufacturing endeavors for the new mega project in Zhanjiang.
