- Work together with relevant stakeholders in project pre-requisition phase/feasibility study phase to influence customer towards Siemens Energy solutions.
- Define Bid/Win Strategy together, including market situation, Customer's value orientation and preference, Competition Analysis, target price/efficiency, etc.
- Establish the most suitable and competitive technical solution based on bid/win strategy, including but not limited to selecting the right type of equipment, scope of supply and optimized components; Responsible for the technical clarification and negotiation with customer.
- Coordinate with proposal team to prepare the tender document within customer requested time period; Go through internal process for GO/NO GO, BID/NO BID, T-LOA, etc.
- Support Commercial negotiation. Handover contract to PM. Adjust where necessary to bring the project to a success
- Establish and maintain the partnership with Design Institutes, Distributor, EPC contractors, supporting them from technical side. Channel performance review machanism setup.
- Update market and customer requirements/trends for related product developments; Support localization plan, Reference Power Study as well as other company strategies
- Fullfill the sales target and excel the expectation.
- A minimum of 2+ years of experience related to Sales and Tendering.
- Bachelor degree and above. Master is a plus. Major in Engineering, Automation and etc.
- Results oriented, Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Good command of English speaking
