- Cook team member meals during mealtimes according to the menu.
- Monitor the quality and quantity of all food items being served.
- Ensure that the kitchen receives the correct quality and quantity of all food.
- Ensure that food is not wasted nor reused.
- Have a complete understanding of and follow-up on hotel policies relating to fire, hygiene, health and safety.
- Respect the Team Member Restaurant’s Head Chef and organization.
- Maintain a clean appearance as well as good hygiene and clean uniforms.
- Maintain good communication with all team members.
- Assist the Team Member Restaurant’s Head Chef and Chef de Partie with all items related to operations and be aware of team members’ feedback.
- Complement and maintain quality standards related to sanitation and cleanliness.
- Help wherever required as requested by the Team member Canteen Chef.
- Ensure that all operating equipment / furniture are in good condition.
- Clean the kitchen area.
- Complete reasonable responsibilities and assigned work.
- High School graduate.
- Minimum 2 years of related working experience in the hotel industry.
- Good communication skills.
- Good execution and teamwork.
- Strong sense of responsibility and self-motivation.
- Able to work under great physical and mental pressures.
