In your new role you will:
1.Work closely with local and global counterparts to define material roadmap, identify new opportunities and create innovative ideas proactively.
2.Drive material localization and continuous cost reduction activities at Wuxi with team collaboration and fast implementation to fulfill business target.
3.Create and review material related specifications/documents and maintain in system.
4.Participant in material suppliers' visit and audit and be responsible for technical assessment reports based on state-of-the-art research and technology.
5.Provide material expertise and knowledge to support others. Be able to solve complex problems with structured thinking.
6.Work as technical contact window for material engineering topics at Wuxi: provide technical guidance to juniors and show technical influence to local and global counterparts.
7.Other tasks assigned by direct supervisor.Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
1.Bachelor degree or above with engineering background, high-polymer material related is preferred.
2.More than 10 years' of relevant working experience in semiconductor industry; more than 5 years in material engineering.
3.Experienced on material characterization and analysis.
4.Solid knowledge of DOE, FMEA, 8D, control plan etc. and change management experience.
5.Systematic project management skills and be passionate for cross team working environment.
6.Strong communication skill in both Chinese & English (oral and written).
7.Good work ethics and sense of responsibility, positive personality.Contact:
