- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the non-A existing customer pool.
- Prospect and acquire new large-scale international clients' China factories or China-based contract manufacturers, such as:
- TESLA, Meta, Amazon, Google, Stryker, Medtronic, Philips etc.
- Build a strong pipeline and drive full-cycle sales activities from lead generation to deal closure.
- Establish long-term relationships with decision-makers and sourcing/engineering teams of targeted MNCs.
- Understand customer needs, propose tailored solutions, and maximize business opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with overseas teams for technical support, project coordination, and business strategy alignment.
- Communicate effectively in English for weekly/monthly updates, project follow-ups, and customer discussions.
- Monitor industry trends, customer dynamics, and competitive landscape.
- Provide strategic insights to GM regarding customer development strategy and potential international expansion.
- Bachelor's degree or above, major in engineering, business, or related fields preferred.
- 5+ years sales experience in manufacturing / components / EMS / mechanical / precision parts / automation-related industries preferred.
- Proven track record in new business development and dealing with multinational clients or major manufacturers.
- Strong ability to independently drive sales pipeline and achieve revenue targets.
- Excellent English communication skills-capable of daily communication with colleagues and customers overseas.
- Strong customer relationship-building skills, business acumen, and resilience.
