Become the hydraulic steering & e-steering expert, provide pre- and post-sales support, product selection guidance, system-level troubleshooting and start-up assistance.
Support new business opportunities - bringing value to our customers via smarter and energy efficient products and systems to drive the Sales growth for China Market.
Meet with customers on-site to review application requirements identifying product solutions and product gaps for their given system needs. Be ultra-responsive to their technical, product-related questions.
Translates customer requirements into identifying existing products or to work with engineering on internal designs using existing company design standards.
Translate customer pain-points, winning features and competitive gaps into clear market requirements; feed Product Management (PM) with prioritized use-cases and VOC data to shape next-generation offerings.
Be self-motivated. Accomplish daily tasks without guidance from a supervisor and/or manager.
What We're Looking For
3-5 yrs hands-on experience in hydraulic applications with software capabilities.
Strong and pragmatic troubleshooting, problem solving and root cause analysis skills.
Experienced in reading and drafting drawings in CAD software.
English fluently written and spoken, willing to have the international business trip (50%).
