The position will act as a strategic business assistant, helping to establish strong working relationships with key stakeholders. It will utilize data-driven analysis to interpret business needs, inform decision-making, and drive improvements in sales effectiveness.Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with project teams to refine data models and support data migration, cleansing, and conversion for SAP implementation.
  • Drive CRM adoption and operational improvements to enhance sales effectiveness.
  • Support analytical data infrastructure and modeling, ensuring data accuracy, visibility, and quality.
  • Conduct business analysis using multi-source data to uncover insights across the value chain.
  • Support the Sales Manager in Sales Measure-related processes and follow up on routine reporting.
  • Provide administrative and documentation support to the commercial team.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field; fluent written and spoken English; proficient in office software, including Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Good communication and coordination skills, with the ability to engage and manage stakeholders across multiple functions.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ related experience in data or business analysis.
  • SAP system background; Familiar with SAP OTC (Order-to-Cash) processes.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems.
  • Strong analytical and logical thinking, with attention to detail and numerical sensitivity.
  • Business-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
