爱睿可猎聘 is looking for an enthusiastic Whole School Drama Teacher to join our esteemed international school in China. This role is a fantastic opportunity for an educator who is passionate about drama and eager to inspire students of all ages through the performing arts.Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive drama curriculum that caters to all age groups across the school.
  • Engage students in diverse activities, including acting, directing, scriptwriting, and stage production.
  • Lead rehearsals and performances, fostering confidence and teamwork among students.
  • Assess students’ progress and provide constructive feedback to guide their development in the arts.
  • Encourage collaboration with other subjects and staff to create interdisciplinary projects.
  • Participate in school events and community activities to enrich the school's cultural environment.
RequirementsQualifications and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree, especially prefer major in Drama, Theatre Arts, Education, or a related field.
  • Teaching certification (e.g., QTS, PGCE) is preferred.
  • At least 1 years of teaching experience in drama or performing arts across various age groups.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively engage students.
  • A passion for the performing arts and a commitment to nurturing students' artistic talents.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Mandarin is a plus.
