- Working with OEM manufacturers to rapidly develop new products and bring them to market according to local market needs.
- Ensuring product quality and safety and maintaining brand value.
- Working with local distributors to develop and implement product distribution strategies for offline distribution to achieve high sales effectiveness and increase market share.
- Planning marketing activities and promotional campaigns to increase brand awareness in the market.
- Managing the P&L and driving the business toward the achievement of business objectives.
- Ensuring that the Company's operations are consistent with its overall strategy and mission and fostering a strong organizational culture in line with the company's values.
- You have at least 10 years of experience as a business manager, in consumer goods businesses based in China.
- You possess solid knowledge and an extensive network of Chinese distributors, and retailers.
- You also have experience in product development and have worked extensively with OEM manufacturers.
- You have good knowledge of online sales and digital marketing
- You are a seasoned leader with strong experience in managing P&Ls and driving growth within organisations.
