Main TasksFinance Target 75%- Own Order/ sales / AR / Loan budget in the territorySales Activity 5%- Sales in direct in some private hospital , some VIP hospital and some deals without dealer coverage
- Build and maintain good relationship with local KOLs
- Directly approach the customer
- Work together with market team to maintain local reference site
- Support marketing activities in local
- Assist national event in the territory
- Need to provide demo show in some particular products
Sales support on dealer 15%
- Support local dealers for big or strategic deals
- Develop dealer and provide regular training
- Help regional manager to select right dealer
- Monthly review project tracking list with dealers
Operation 5%
- Provide monthly report about project tracking list
- Make the quotation and involve in and execute order& sales process
- Help local service engineer to fix key customer issues
