- Comprehensively review and organize best practices of Corporate Actions in the international securities industry, and output standardized business processes.
- Play a key role in the reconstruction and design of back-office systems related to Corporate Actions, ensuring systems comply with industry standards while balancing client experience, business efficiency, and system scalability.
- Collaborate with technology, operations, and compliance teams to promote system implementation and iteration, ensuring project delivery quality and timeliness.
- Support global business expansion, rapidly respond to regulatory policy or market rule changes (e.g., T+1 settlement), and propose system adaptation solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree or above in finance, financial engineering, or related fields.
- More than 3 years of experience in securities/financial industry clearing and settlement system products, familiar with full lifecycle management of Corporate Actions (announcement → processing → settlement); candidates with back-office system reconstruction project experience are preferred.
- Possess securities/derivatives investment experience, familiar with market trading rules and settlement processes, and able to optimize system design based on business pain points.
- Fluent in English, capable of proficiently reading international clearing organization documents and using English as the working language for communication.
- Understanding of Corporate Action and Post-Trade solutions from companies such as Broadridge and S&P.
- Hold financial-related certifications such as CFA or FRM.
- Interest in applying technologies like AI and big data in the financial sector, and able to propose innovative optimization solutions based on business scenarios.
