- Provide leadership and management input to teams across HTC Xi'an
- Drive the centre-wise transformation programmes independently to initiate the innovation and changes in Xi’an centre
- Oversee daily operations regarding to business, through collaboration with senior management and department leaders, performing an array of administrative tasks;
- Serve as a subject matter expert on people agenda, handling inquiries and developing action plans to address them, and assisting with the preparation and dissemination of communications.
- Collaborate with local authorities and government, to build up strong relationship for more cooperation opportunities and improve the branding image locally.
- Possess exceptional judgment and the natural ability to lead strategy execution and critical support functions to new heights of excellence.
- Building relationships with stakeholders internally & externally (local government) to ensure confidence is established in the quality of the support infrastructure and the ability to execute on same.
- Lead initiatives to streamline our operating model, implement operating Model and improvement effectiveness.
- A proven closer with the desire to develop and harvest new programmes, and a strong record of success
- Have a good working knowledge and strong relationships with one or more areas within the major global business.
- Superior organizational skills, verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to articulate and present information to various and diverse audiences.
- Excellent problem solving skill and ability to resolve problem independently
- Logical and analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint;
- Self-starter and able to perform with minimal supervision;
- Capability to handle multi-tasks and deliver result under pressure
- Team player, excellent communicator and ability to work on own initiative
