- This is a customer-facing role, you’ll be responsible for supporting our customers in integrating with suite of payment services.
- You will be responsible for timely and high-quality onboarding and implementation delivery, follow best practice on every onboarding and try best to delivery accurate and completed solution to clients. Proactively track every task/communication/pending issue/product change to the end and manage internal stakeholders and external clients’ expectation.
- As a go-to expert, you’ll work directly with the customer and Account Management team to fully understand the business and deliver the solutions that are fit for purpose.
- Support the customer and their relevant technical team to integrate to our suite of products, designing and setting up their accounts, providing technical guidance, as well as assistance in troubleshooting and resolving incidents.
- You will be responsible for defining the finalized scope and manage the project right though completion and post live monitoring, following clear and well-maintained project plans. You will keep all relevant stakeholders updated with regular scheduled meetings to identity any risk early and ensure that the project is going to plan.
- You’ll use your exceptional project management skills and experience to work on a high number of projects at any one time.
- You’ll also plan and deliver customer demos and training on product functionality, to help maximize the value add to their businesses.
- Build awareness of changing technical trends within the payment processing industry as well as wider technical trends such as security, web/browser technologies, mobile technologies etc.
- Other related duties assigned as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree or above, major in information technology or computer since related.
- 5+ years development experience in software programing or technology. Familiar with software lifecycle and system architecture, as well as basic computer languages and knowledge, not limited to Java, Javascript, C++/C,.Net, XML, JSON, HTML5, SQL, Oracle, Firewall, HTTP protocol, SFTP mechanism, DTD, XSD, etc.
- Fluent in English communication. Has basic documentation and presentation skills, not limited to excel, Power BI, docx, ppt, etc. Able to perform basic data analysis.
- Able to manage project activities and the schedule. Has the ability to identify the delivery risks and able to manage the escalations.
- Able to trouble shoot technical problems reported in development and integration and drive the resolution.
