Job Description:In this role, you will be expected to:
Become a core member of the project team and work from the Hong Kong office under the supervision of the exercise Project Manager
Communicate with the participants of the industry-wide crisis management exercise
Maintain extremely high standards of organisation
Lead on record-keeping and project administration throughout the project lifecycle
Organise logistics and bookings for promotional and marketing events
Conduct industry and marketing research into financial sector stakeholders
Assist with the composition and design of presentation and promotional materials
Any other tasks that emerge
Requirements:EssentialApplicants should be currently studying for a postgraduate degree OR in their last year of university studies (undergraduate) in international affairs, legal, political science, finance/accounting, risk management, economics, and related fields.Beyond this, applications should meet the following requirements:
Interest in pursuing a career in the field of crisis management, risk or resilience
Extremely organized
A high degree of flexibility and adaptability
Detail oriented: you spot errors that others miss, and proactively address them
Initiative: Once guided and trained, you pursue tasks with minimal oversight
Creative: ideally, you will have some creative flair and be good at putting together well-formatted and visually impactful presentations and documents
