Our mission is to help our students reach their full potential.The RoleWe are seeking a motivated and results-driven B2B Marketing Specialist to join our team in China and fuel the growth of our B2B division. This role is central to our B2B growth engine, responsible for designing and executing marketing campaigns that generate a high volume of Sales-Qualified Leads (SQLs).This is a sales-results-oriented position where your success will be directly measured by the quantity and quality of the SQLs you deliver to the sales team. If you are passionate about leveraging marketing to drive tangible business outcomes and empowering talent on a global scale, you will be a perfect fit for our team.What You'll Get to DoDevelop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (including digital advertising, email marketing, and social media) with the primary goal of generating qualified leads.Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, including participating in both offline and online events and approaches.Try new strategies to create new leads and find what works best for Cambly.Manage and optimize the marketing funnel to effectively convert leads into Sales-Qualified Leads (SQLs).Create, localize, and manage compelling marketing content, such as case studies, whitepapers, and webinar materials, to attract and nurture potential B2B clients.Analyze and report on campaign performance, with a strict focus on key metrics such as SQL volume, Cost Per SQL, and conversion rates.Collaborate closely with the Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) and Sales teams to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads and gather feedback to constantly improve lead quality.Maintain accurate records of all marketing campaign activities and lead data in our CRM system.Required Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or higher.At least 2 years of experience in B2B marketing, digital marketing, or demand generation, preferably in SaaS, HR Services, or E-learning.Proven experience in generating leads and a deep understanding of the marketing funnel, specifically the conversion from Marketing-Qualified Leads (MQLs) to Sales-Qualified Leads (SQLs).Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Mandarin Chinese and English (English is the primary working language).Preferred Qualifications:A genuine passion for the education industry and our mission.Strong data analysis skills with the ability to derive insights from campaign data to drive business growth.Proficiency with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot) and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).A "test and learn" mindset with a proven ability to innovate and iterate on marketing strategies.A high degree of self-motivation, resilience, and a strong capacity for rapid learning.Benefits & Perks12 days of paid annual leave upon joining, in addition to all national statutory holidays, with additional leave granted based on years of service.High-end work equipment, including a 4K monitor and a MacBook.Perks: Lunch subsidy, social security and housing fund, and supplemented by additional medical insurance.Work Flexibility: Hybrid option designed to support a high-performance culture.Supportive Environment: Be part of a diverse, international team where learning, mentorship, and collaboration are at the heart of what we do.About Cambly Inc.Cambly is an online education technology company headquartered in Silicon Valley, dedicated to providing accessible and convenient English language services to learners worldwide.
