You will assist to review and collect data, documentation and materials relating to use of trademarks, logos and etc internally and externally.
You will assist in handling our trademark portfolio in China, including trademark filings, clearance searches, recordkeeping and etc.
You will assist with trademark licensing as well as trademark enforcement actions (such as online brand protection, demand letters and etc).
You will have the opportunity to provide guidance and support to business in TM related matters, including advising on correct trademark use.
You will assist in doing legal research related to trademark licensing, enforcement, litigation matters etc.
You will assist in translating and maintaining legal support materials.

Qualification:

You must have a bachelor of law degree or be pursuing a master degree in law.
It is important that you can quickly learn to digest complex written materials and communicate key issues in a simple and precise manner to our internal stakeholders.
Solid language skills in both English and Chinese are required.
A second foreign language competence is preferable
Prior related job experience (e.g., internship with law firms in the area of trademark or soft-IP rights) is preferable but not a must.
Competency in using digital tools in legal works is a nice plus.
