- Become a trusted in-house expert on AppsFlyer's product, focusing on both business and user-oriented use cases, and stay informed about product updates and new features
- Leverage your expertise in AppsFlyer's products to proactively identify and resolve customer challenges
- Effectively troubleshoot issues and collaborate with technical support for complex cases, always advocating for the customer's success
- Build deep business relationships by continually WOW-ing our customers through exceptional support and service
- Provide training and education on our products and new features through demos, webinars, and both virtual and on-site trainings
- Invite, facilitate, and document customer product ideas and feedback to the AppsFlyer Product
- Host Executive Business Reviews with key stakeholders to share wins, industry best practices, and demonstrate the impact on customer outcomes, becoming a trusted growth partner in the process
- 5+ years of client-facing experience in customer success or product management roles within the AdTech, mobile analytics, or SaaS martech industries-preferably at an online advertising company, digital agency, or similar environment
- Strong capability of managing multiple accounts across diverse industries and company sizes, with proven expertise and a strong understanding of industry dynamics, trends, and key players especially in the gaming sector
- Comfortable analyzing and interpreting large data sets and dealing with reporting discrepancies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- A fast learner who is naturally curious and thrives in a fast paced and dynamic work environment
- Passion for gaming and a deep understanding of the gaming community
- Extensive knowledge and expertise in the gaming industry, coupled with a proven track record of managing and growing customer relationships
- Technical background on SDKs, APIs, SQL, Mobile App Analytics, Deep Linking
