Dept KPI include: Yield, Energy Consumption, Down Time, maintenance cost, etc;
Operation KPI include: Cost, On time Delivery, etc;2.Continuously improve existing dashboard/use case of data analysis/visualization, in terms of stability, quality, efficiency, easy reading, user interface, etc;3. Program the real time warning scripts requested by Process Engineers.4. Analyze and summarize the manufacturing related data source issue, communicate with global IT and technology team, enhance the fixing of data related issues and keep follow up;5. Internal training to the team related to data analysis and reading.6. Response and support the data analysis & visualization request from other functions.7. Standardize of data analysis and visualization method.8. AI(Artificial Intelligence)tools application in Process & Maintenance Engineering related business.9. Other affairs arranged by supervisor.10. 负责部门的信息资产识别、风险评估、风险处置计划，并定期更新。11. 负责部门内日常信息安全培训与宣导,参与公司组织的信息安全内审。12. 统合负责部门数字化考勤1.熟悉PowerBI操作,.能基于较复杂数据基于指标需要独立建立分析架构；2.熟悉Excel公式和透视表操作3.能够进行较为基础的Python小程序编写,熟悉基础SQL语句用法;4.Fluent English;5.主动积极,结果导向, 能够在压力下工作 良好的沟通能力; 良好的逻辑性和条理性;Your ZEISS Recruiting Team
