1. Ensure that the day-to-day administrative needs of the department are fulfilled.确保酒店日常的行政所需并加以实行。2. Keep confidential information CONFIDENTIAL.确保酒店机密的信息机密性。3. To prepare respective schedules and reports that will be internallydistributed or submitted to Accor Head Office laid down by the General Manager.分别准备好由雅高集团传递给酒店总经理各部门的工作时间情况表,并服从酒店内部工作的分配。6. To take down and transcribe the minutes of meetings such as Executive Morning Briefing and dictation from General Manager, etc.做好酒店行政晨会的转录工作,以及听写下酒店总经理的口述等。7. To maintain office supplies stock.保证办公室所需货源的充足。8. To keep herself acquainted with the General Manager's activities in order to assist in discerning priorities.确保自己知晓酒店总经理的活动安排,以便于协助辨识不同活动的优先性。9. Input data into computer system as required.往电脑里输入所需要记录的信息。10. To arrange appointments for the General Manager, reminds him of appointments and meetings.帮助总经理制定会议的时间表,并在会议之前及时给与提醒。11. To handle the leave application records of all executive and management such as annual, sick, public holiday and Manager and Executive on Duty compensations.处理并记录酒店所有管理高层的假期申请表,例如年假、病假、公共假期以及管理高层的假期偿还等。12. To perform special duties as required by the General Manager.认真完成酒店总经理分配的其他任务及职责Talent & Culture Responsibilities 人文职责1. Handles human relation queries by employees.处理员工之间的关系,并解答员工之间的询问。2. Sees that employee complaints and needs are passed on to the General Manager.向总经理及时反馈员工的投诉依据需求。3. Acts as a screen to the General Manager in view of clients and subordinates.对需要求见总经理的客人或者是酒店员工进行良好的筛选工作。Commercial Responsibilities 商业职责To create self-appearance both on the telephone and in person with an excellent image of the hotel.不管是外貌上还是在电话中都为酒店塑造良好的工作形象扮演重要的角色。Replacement and Temporary Mission 替换和临时任务Performs other related duties and special projects as required by the General Manager both within and outside the hotel.需要时刻准备着酒店总经理的工作分配,若转去其他部门工作也要对工作负责并有良好的表现。岗位要求:- 本科及以上的学历,具有秘书工作经验2年以上且具有奢华品牌工作经验的优先考虑;- 懂得接待礼仪、礼节;能处理一般的文件,函电和资料,具有较好的协调、接待工作能力,- 具备流利的英语听说读写能力;- 有较好的文字组织能力,能撰写各类应用文稿及计划、总结、报告等;- 良好的个人品质和职业道德,良好的沟通技巧,较强的语言表达能力和灵活的处事能力。
