- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 11 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, mobile app, or internet, or 8 years of experience with an advanced degree.
- Ability to communicate in English and Chinese fluently, to support the Greater China clients and stakeholders.
- Experience in building scalable approaches to engage and grow clients.
- Experience dealing with C-level customers and driving sales through relationships in the Greater China market.
- Experience in bringing internal thought leadership, influencing cross-functional, cross-product area or cross-region stakeholders, executives and scaling sales, product or process innovations beyond current markets.
- Experience in technology, media sales or cross-channel media planning.
- Experience working with key stakeholders in multiple countries and in people management, with the ability to manage and inspire high performing sales teams.
- Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, investigative, and communication skills.
- Build strategic scalable solutions to maximize clients potential and enable the profitability and sustainability of the clients business.
- Manage, inspire and motivate a team of client-facing and high-performing Googlers. Build a team structure, recognize leadership potential and support career development through enhancing capabilities within the team.Provide coaching on engaging with stakeholders of GRCN AppDev clients.
- Engage with executive internal cross-functional, cross-product area or cross-region stakeholders and executives to incubate the apps ecosystem to foster continuous quality App developers pipelines.
- Assess the needs of the customers and gather user feedback to improve upon existing solutions. Design and iterate workflows and operational plans for large-scale ideas.
- Execute projects involving quantitative analysis, industry research and strategic development. Work with cross-functional teams to align on the global GCS Sales priorities.
