We are proudly part of Japan Post —We are looking for an experienced Operation Officer（Airfreight）to join our team in Shenzhen.Shipment arrangement after got booking from customer，prepare documents such as AWB( Airway Bill), Manifest via company system in time and with good quality ;Tackle & verify internal and external billingsCooperate with other team members and related departments to close the whole job smoothly ;Handle customer's report per request; Answer inquiries and settle problems with overseas and report and escalate to superior properly;Coordinate with suppliers & operation team for shipment handling (customs formality, delivery, etcCoordinate for warehouse operations, billing report preparation, customer complain and special issues handling, SOP follow up.As the Ocean Product Officer, you will:Familiar with air freight import operation procedures;1-2 years or above working experience in logistics industry;Good communication skill for written in English;Good skill for PC and Microsoft office, especially for Excel, Word and Powerpoint;Strong sense of responsibility, Good team spirit.What moves you?At Toll, you can help play a vital role in delivering what matters.
