- Assist the Ecommerce Manager in executing online marketing initiatives set by the Marcom Manager for respective departments, major but not limited to, Sales / Room / F&B / Events (VIP events, weddings, social events, general property awareness).
- Assist the Ecommerce Manager to maintain and update all relevant content on the hotel's network and social media.
- Real-time tracking of online content such as social media / blogs / review websites to customer reviews, coordinating relevant departments to solve and improve the problems raised by guests, replying promptly to ensure the hotel's reputation.
- Assist the Ecommerce manager in the research and development of new online channels for all departments.
- Good use of Hilton online tools.
- Track and follow-up on the effectiveness of each online activity in each department and provide research and analysis.
- Track the effectiveness and ROI of each promotion and campaign.
- Expand the database of respective departments.
- Assist the Ecommerce Manager to review and improve the effectiveness of initiatives.
- Carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.

- Fluent in spoken and written Mandarin and English to meet business needs.
- Good computer operation skills.
- 2 years or more experience in hotel and marketing / advertising, preferred.
- Strong digital marketing experience, especially in the areas of email marketing and website optimization.
- Basic SEO skills, including Google and Baidu SEO rules and regulatory experience.
