Main responsibilities OTR/Franchise business:- Own Venue & Franchise NR analysis, P&L generate and analysis- Capex control and management- LE and BGT control maintain LE- Owner of commercial cycle and ZBB- Commercial performance analysis – base on Traffic, average spending, beverage vol. and etc.- New business model analysis– new store/Franchise/JV commercial model- Lead finance specialist on managing accounting structure and reporting result- Set up routine request for Master Data structure, Payment, Cash collection, and Reconciliation process for all- Push result for Compliance and Internal control- Monitor T&E/Tax routine.Main responsibilities distribution business:- Generate month report of commercial performance, includes NR, Vol, to CORES.- Lead business planning of C&S distribution to serve company purpose- Budget building and cascading- Mid to long term planning- Demand planning- Lead C&S action plans and process optimization, discuss with operation team on big bets, set reasonable but challenging goals on each action, and closely tracking actual performance against project deliverables- Revenue Management- Support C&S revenue management cycle to optimize business performance- Spending control of C&S- Support BU distribution data visibility and tracking of craft brands- Market intelligence analysis to support C&S business- Ad hoc analysis and support related to C&S businessQualifications:- Bachelor degree or above- 3-5 years PPM experience in ABI, commercial business analysis or finance area is preferred.- Has experience in F&B business, or interest in understanding venue operation model.- Technical competencies: (Job related) 技术能力(岗位相关的)- Proficient English skills- Strong Excel and PPT skills- Fast learner and fond of challenges- Good sense of business- Basic understanding of business process in company- Good teamwork and strong sense of responsibility- Willingness to develop career in commercial functions- CPA is preferredEqual Opportunity EmployerBudweiser China is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to workplace diversity and non-discrimination.
