Leverage analytics to improve performance across platforms.Work with data teams to build dashboards and insights specific to China users.5. 工作地点:中国海南关于岗位作为高级产品经理 – 中国平台,您将负责并推动 MOVE 面向中国市场的数字产品生态的产品战略与执行,包括 微信小程序、支付宝小程序,以及面向中国用户的 MOVE 网站与移动应用。该岗位需要对中国数字生态、平台体系及支付环境具备深入理解。您将与工程、设计、商业、市场及合作伙伴团队紧密协作,确保 MOVE 为中国用户提供本地化、高性能且具备可扩展性的旅行产品体验。主要职责1. 产品战略与平台负责人负责 MOVE 中国平台产品路线图(微信小程序、支付宝小程序、Web、App)。制定与中国市场增长战略及跨境旅游目标一致的产品愿景。推动中国用户本地化策略,包括用户体验、支付方式及生态整合。挖掘中国超级应用生态中的增长机会与驱动因素。2. 产品开发与执行主导产品从需求探索、开发上线到持续迭代的全生命周期管理。与工程团队紧密合作,推动小程序、Web 与 App 功能交付。基于业务影响、技术可行性及中国市场相关性进行需求优先级管理。确保产品高质量交付、平台合规性及系统可扩展性。3. 生态与平台整合推动与微信生态能力的整合(登录、微信支付、社交分享及用户运营工具)。管理支付宝生态整合,包括钱包激励、支付流程及营销活动支持。与中国商业及合作伙伴团队协作,使产品规划与市场活动及文旅合作项目保持一致。在适用情况下确保符合中国相关监管与合规要求。4. 数据增长与优化监控关键指标(用户获取、转化率、留存率及交易成功率)。在小程序平台限制条件下开展 A/B 测试并持续优化用户路径。利用数据分析提升各平台产品表现。与数据团队合作,构建面向中国用户的数据看板与洞察体系。5. 跨团队与利益相关方管理作为中国平台的产品唯一负责人(Product Owner)。与工程、设计、市场、法务及外部合作伙伴协作推进项目。向管理层汇报产品路线图进展与业务表现。确保中国业务运营与 MOVE 区域整体战略保持一致。任职资格与经验必备条件6 年以上产品管理经验。具备中国数字生态产品经验(微信、支付宝或类似超级应用环境)。深入理解小程序架构及平台限制。有面向消费者的数字产品经验(优先考虑 OTA、电商、金融科技或平台型产品)。熟悉 API、微服务架构及平台集成。具备敏捷开发(Agile)工作经验。优秀的数据分析能力,能够以数据驱动决策。优秀的中英文沟通能力。优先条件具备 TravelTech、OTA、跨境电商或数字支付经验。有中国市场产品上线或规模化经验。熟悉腾讯及蚂蚁生态商业工具。有高速成长型初创公司或区域科技平台经验。为什么加入 AirAsia MOVE?参与 MOVE 中国市场拓展的重要阶段。打造连接中国与东盟的跨境旅行科技产品。深度参与微信与支付宝生态核心平台建设。与区域及全球团队协作共创影响力项目。在 MOVE 长期中国增长战略中发挥关键作用。We are all different - one talent to another - that is how we rely on our differences.
