- Supply-Driven Campaign Strategy: Define the product selection and pricing "playbook" for regional campaigns. Identify and curate "Hero Products" to ensure our offerings have the competitive edge to dominate the market.
- Conversion Optimization (CVR): Analyze the correlation between discount depth, product-market fit, and CVR. Develop actionable strategies to maximize conversion efficiency through precise timing and deal mechanics.
- P&L & Profitability Management: Act as the financial architect of campaigns. Evaluate the impact of deals on overall profit margins and ensure that GMV growth is achieved through a healthy and sustainable ROI.
- Cross-Origin Orchestration: Partner with various Origin markets to source the right supply. Navigate conflicting priorities between regional profitability and local market volume, driving consensus through data-backed recommendations.
- Performance Analytics & Post-Mortem: Lead deep-dive analyses on campaign performance, focusing on price elasticity and product sell-through rates. Translate these insights into scalable growth frameworks for future initiatives.
- Deep understanding of e-commerce unit economics (Take rates, Margins, CAC, and ROI).
- Proven ability to manage large-scale budgets with an "owner's mindset," balancing aggressive growth with financial discipline.
- Proficiency in SQL and advanced Excel/Google Sheets.
- Experience in Price Elasticity Modeling: Ability to quantify how much CVR increases relative to discount depth to optimize deal structures.
- A keen eye for product selection-distinguishing between "Loss Leaders" (traffic drivers) and "Profit Drivers."
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills to secure exclusive inventory or competitive pricing from various markets.
- Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies specifically for pricing, bundling, and promotional mechanics.
- Ability to translate complex user behavior data into immediate adjustments in supply and pricing strategy.
- Bachelor's degree or above in Business, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 4-8 years of experience in E-commerce, Category Management, Growth Strategy, or Revenue Management.
- Experience in regional or multi-market roles is highly preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams (Marketing, Supply, Product, and Finance).
- Proactive, structured, and a detail-oriented problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
